"The best bread is the one that took all night to become itself."

Le Grain de Blé was born from a deep respect for time — for the slow, unhurried alchemy that transforms a handful of flour, water, and salt into something that stops you mid-bite.

We mill our own heritage wheat, culture our levain over 36 hours, and bake in stone-hearth ovens every morning before the city wakes. Nothing is rushed. Everything is intentional.
